• We are here as a friend, a coexistence, a person you can visit. Treat everyone with love and care. We strive to meet or exceed your expectations.
• Allergies and feedback should be communicated to the staff.
• Any concerns should be reported immediately.
• Nails are guaranteed for 5 days, depending on the service.
• No cash refunds will be given after the service. Please inform us before paying if you are not satisfied with your nails, as leaving the salon implies acceptance of the service. We will adjust or remove any coatings/enhancements as needed to ensure your satisfaction.
• No refunds for a change of mind; redo of services available.
• Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment and notify us of cancellations.
• If you are interested in booking an online party for 4 people or more, we have a policy in place that requires a deposit of $20 to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in case of a no-show.
• Pricing is displayed on the price list.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable if lost or stolen.
• Digital video surveillance is used for safety purposes.
• Children must be supervised by an adult and are liable for any damage.
• Belongings must always be kept with the customer.
• $10 extra charge for breaking a polish bottle.
• We do not offer any ingrown toenails removal service. We are not trained and certified to do so. Please consult your Podiatrist for more information.
• For yours and our employees safety, no service will be given if there is any sign of open sores, wounds or infections. Please consult your healthcare provider for guidance.
• Notify us of cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment.
